Kyle has been an advisor for 22 years and has personally written over 2000 group plans in his tenure. While Kyle attended NAIT to obtain his Business Administration Diploma, he worked in the administration department at Fenrich Financial, which gave him the opportunity to learn how to operate all sides of the company.

With a varied background in client relations, office administration, and management, Felicia has the necessary skills to go above and beyond her role an Employee Benefits Advisor and as our Office Manager. With over 10 years of experience as an Advisor, she is always developing new ideas to keep our company organized, she works hard to create an inviting atmosphere, and does whatever it takes to meet each client’s needs. She is an expert in our role and she always ensures our clients are well taken care of.

Amanda has an outstanding knack for customer service and is an invaluable member of our team. With over 7 years as an account manager, she always ensures the success of our customers and works hard to keep their plans operating smoothly and efficiently. She helps to answer all our client’s questions and concerns and is always there to lend a hand when you need her.
In the office, Amanda creates and emails quotes to new clients, corresponds with existing clients, and helps to process paperwork for our plan administrators. She also helps with a number of different organizational tasks, forever improving our online filing systems.

Jason is a friendly and personable account manager who joined the Fenrich Financial team 3 years ago. He acts as a liaison between the client and insurance providers for all of their communication, quoting, and servicing needs. Jason creates and sends out quotes to new clients, corresponds with clients to fulfill any of their group plan requests, and processes any paperwork that comes his way.
Fun fact about Jason: He is a self-proclaimed avid nerd! He loves to play games of all types, including video games, tabletop and board games.
