Kyle goes to great lengths to ensure that his clients are provided with an outstanding customer service experience by presenting himself with a friendly and personable attitude. Kyle has been an advisor for 22 years and has personally written over 2000 group plans in his tenure. While Kyle attended NAIT to obtain his Business Administration Diploma, he worked in the administration department at Fenrich Financial, which gave him the opportunity to learn how to operate all sides of the company.
Fun fact about Kyle: He is a foodie! He can often be found indulging in new and interesting food combinations, both at home and at local restaurants.

With a varied background in client relations, office administration, and management, Felicia has the necessary skills to go above and beyond her role an Employee Benefits Advisor and as our Office Manager. With over 10 years of experience as an Advisor, she is always developing new ideas to keep our company organized, she works hard to create an inviting atmosphere, and does whatever it takes to meet each client’s needs. She is an expert in our role and she always ensures our clients are well taken care of.
Fun fact about Felicia: She’s a big fan of glamping and has an admirable setup for weekend getaways.

Mira is a friendly and personable client relations representative who excels at providing exceptional service to our valued clients. She is always there to handle inquiries, provide support, and ensure a smooth onboarding or renewal process. Mira has a Bachelor’s Degree in Foreign Language Instruction and has completed a degree program in Accounting and Auditing. She has also recently completed a Sales CRM Expert Certificate which has equipped her with the skills required to be an excellent Client Relations Representative.
Mira loves to help improve internal processes and efficiencies within the team and she has a knack for organizing proposals and summaries. She’s a highly organized, efficient communicator who is always ready to support our team and clients.
